At Amma’s Ingredients, we strive to prepare and deliver fresh, high-quality traditional food products with care and dedication. Since many of our products are prepared, packed, and processed after receiving orders, customers are requested to carefully review their orders before confirmation.

This Order Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which an order may be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of their order within a limited time after placing the order, provided that:

• The order has not been processed, prepared, packed, or dispatched.
• The cancellation request is received before shipment processing begins.
• The request is submitted through our official customer support channels.

Once an order has entered the preparation, packing, or shipping process, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

• Customers may cancel their order before dispatch without any cancellation charges.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order at delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

To prevent misuse of COD services, customers are requested to place orders only when they are willing to receive and pay for the products.

3. Cancellation of Advance Payment Orders

For orders paid through advance payment methods:

• Cancellation requests can only be accepted before order processing begins.
• If cancellation is approved, the eligible refund will be processed after deduction of any applicable charges, including payment gateway fees, transaction charges, or processing costs.
• Once products are prepared, packed, or dispatched, advance payments may not be refundable under normal circumstances.

4. Cancellation Due to Incorrect Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• Name
• Contact number
• Complete delivery address
• Product selection
• Quantity details

If an order cannot be processed or delivered due to incorrect customer information, Amma’s Ingredients reserves the right to cancel the order.

5. Cancellation by Amma’s Ingredients

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability or inventory issues
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors on the website
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or repeated false orders
• Incomplete customer information
• Delivery limitations in certain locations

If an advance payment was received for an order cancelled by Amma’s Ingredients, the eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.

6. False or Misuse of COD Orders

To maintain reliable delivery services, Amma’s Ingredients monitors COD order behaviour.

The following actions may lead to restriction or suspension of COD facility:

• Placing fake orders
• Providing incorrect contact details
• Repeatedly refusing accepted orders without valid reasons
• Not responding to delivery confirmation calls

Customers identified with repeated misuse may be required to make advance payment for future orders.
